Lo Stornello

We felt so welcome as we arrived in Stresa just 30 minutes prior to dining after over 20 hours of travel.  The staff had smiles on their faces, helped us understand the menu and foods/wine of the region.  The food was magnificent.  Our picky eating son loved their steak and potatoes and our older son, the lamb.  My wife and I loved the gnocchi and pasta.  We loved it so much, before we left, we reserved a table for dinner on Christmas Day, just 2 days later.  We all hope to return again someday and are thankful for their kind attention.  Well done.  They really seemed to enjoy what they do.

We had a delicious dinner on Christmas Eve. They had also vegan choices on the menu and were flexible to veganise other options on the menu. Service was also very good and the food creations were new. I can highly recommend Lo Stonello.
